A good leader doesn’t rule by fear, he does it by respect. If you want to gain their respect, then treat their fairly. You should not be afraid to praise when needed, in fact, this must be a rule. Always recognize when an employee of yours does a pretty good job.
You need to stop criticizing so much and instead you should start praising. Because this way you will motivate your employees. There’s nothing better than being recognized for doing something well, and that’s what your team is craving for.
People like to feel that way. And if you respond to this desire of theirs, then you are going to obtain magnificent results. You can be sure of that.
This way you can become a better leader, and therefore, you will be able to take your business on the right route. The one that will take it to real success.
